Strawberry Beet Yogurt Smoothie
When you are in a hurry and you do not have time to make breakfast, try going for this smoothie that can keep you full and active for at least 4 hours.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: No Cooking Required
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 cup beet, chopped
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch nutmeg
1 drop vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp peppermint
4 ice cubes
Instructions:
1. In a strong blender, throw in the beets and strawberries.
2. Add the yogurt and peppermint. Blend until smooth.
3. Add the butter, ice cubes, vanilla, nutmeg and salt.
4. Blend again for 1 minute. Serve.
